Call Forward Busy

To activate Call Forward Busy:

1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial *90 (On a rotary dial phone, dial 1190)
3. Listen for special dial tone.
4. Now, dial the number you want your calls to be forwarded to.
5. The Call Forward Busy feature is in effect when someone answers at the forwarded number, or if the line is busy, hang up the phone and repeat the steps above. (If you do so within two minutes, you will hear two "beeps" meaning your Call Forward Busy feature is automatically activated

To Deactivate Call Forwarding:

1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial *90 (On a rotary dial phone, dial 1190)
3. Listen for two "beeps," then hang up. The Call Forward Busy feature is no longer active.
