Call Forward Remote Access

To activate Call Forward Remote Access:

1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial the dedicated access number provided by Eastern Slope including area code and prefix if required (###) ###-9337
3. Listen for dial tone again
4. Dial your seven-digit telephone number that has the call forward feature.
5. Immediately after compleating the above step, dial your Personal Identification Number (PIN), given to you by Eastern Slope
6. Listen for the special dial tone
7. Dial * and listen for the special dial tone.
8. Now, dial the number where you want to forward your calls to.
9. Wait for a confirmation tone, then hang up.

To Deactivate Call Forwarding:

1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial the dedicated access number provided by Eastern Slope including area code and prefix if required (###) ###-9337
3. Listen for dial tone again
4. Dial your seven-digit telephone number that has the call forward feature.
5. Immediately after compleating the above step, dial your Personal Identification Number (PIN), given to you by Eastern Slope
6. Listen for the special dial tone
7. Dial * and listen for the special dial tone.
8. Listen for two "beeps," then hang up.
